My daughter loves chocolate peppermint! And apparently, one of our colleagues in the office does too because she ate most of this version the day I brought it in! But hey, thereβs just something about the first snap of chocolate bark.
It’s so yummy and it just feels like the holidays. Maybe itβs the peppermint sparkle or that sweet-salty crunch that reminds us of childhood candy canes and homemade fudge cooling on the counter.
This Chocolate Holiday Bark takes those nostalgic flavorsβdark chocolate, creamy white cocoa, peanut butter, and crushed peppermintβand gives them a plant-based glow-up.
Itβs rich, layered, and just fancy enough for gift boxes or dessert platters, yet simple enough to make while your favorite holiday playlist hums in the background.
π Why Youβll Love It
- Plant-based indulgence without the dairy βjust pure chocolate goodness.
- I love the festive flair. Those red-and-white peppermint sparkles make it holiday-ready.
- The dark chocolate base keeps it rich, while the white layer adds creaminess.
Nutrition & Cost Highlights
- Let’s be clear, this is still candy, but it is lower in refined sugar than your store-bought version.
- It’s also way cheaper at $8.00 per pan versus about $25 for a gourmet version in the store.
π©· Pro Tip
For extra shine and snap, let the bark sit at room temperature for 10β15 minutes before breaking apart. Perfect texture for gifting boxes or holiday dessert boards.
π»Final Thoughts
This Chocolate Holiday Bark isnβt just a treatβitβs a memory maker. Whether youβre melting, swirling, or sprinkling peppermint, youβre stirring up joy, one layer at a time.
Stay Sunny and Sweet, yβall! π»
