Ingredients
Method
- Line rectangle pan with parchment paper.
- You'll need two glass bowls and a pot of water.
- Bring water to boil. Place one bowl on top of pot of boiling water.
- To melt dark chocolate chips, pour them in the glass bowl and stir until melted.
- Add almond butter and walnuts to the melted dark chocolate. Stir and pour on rectangle pan. Put in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Put peppermint candies in a plastic bag and lightly beat with a rolling pin.
- Melt white chocolate with the second bowl placed over the pot of boiling water. Add peanut butter and peanuts to the melted chocolate.
- Pull dark chocolate from freezer. Pour white chocolate on dark chocolate. Sprinkle peppermint pieces on top. Freeze overnight.
- Remove from freezer. Slice into triangles with a pizza cutter.
Notes
Note: If you freeze overnight, it's ready to break, bag and gift the next morning. I love packing these in the little see-thru holiday tins. It just makes it that much more fun.
