Caramel Drizzle

A luscious, 4-ingredient caramel sauce made from whole dates and creamy almond butter. This whole-food, plant-based drizzle is fiber-rich, naturally sweet, and perfect for topping fruit, oats, or healthy desserts.

Ingredients
  

  • 6-10 medjool dates pitted and soaked
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk adjust for desired thickness

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients except milk in the food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Add milk to thin until it's a good drizzle (not too thick or too runny).
  4. Store in glass jar for up to a week in the fridge.

Notes

This drizzle can be used over anything you'd like to add a punch too: cakes, muffins, cookies, or fruit. It's super yummy and really easy to make!
