Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup Medjool dates pitted
  • ½ cup pecans
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Pulse oats, dates, pecans in a food processor until crumbly.
  2. Add maple syrup, cinnamon, salt; pulse until sticky.
  3. Roll into balls, coat in crushed pecans or oats. Chill 30 mins.
  4. Store in fridge up to 1 week.
